Daily Wellbeing at Home

With our daily and weekly routines no longer being possible, we are all having to adapt to new ones. However, it is important to try to keep going with some activities that help you feel OK.

Being in a simple routine can give you a sense of achievement, as well as keeping you feeling grounded and structured. Sometimes even getting out of bed can seem impossible, let alone making it through the day. A simple plan can motivate you and help you ensure your important activities as are still a possibility. With our daily and weekly routines no longer being possible, we are all having to adapt to new ones. However, it is important to try to keep going with some activities that help you feel OK.

If it would help you, you can fill in the plan below with what you are currently doing and adjust it to what you would like to be doing. Whether this is adding in more of the activities, you enjoy, due to more available time or to increase your motivation, or whether it is by removing some activities as you are finding your current day too much.

Make sure to give yourself breaks between activities.  You could go and do something else you enjoy or simply do nothing.
