Womens Circle – Spring Equinox

On Saturday 25th March, Lindengate welcomes Katy Murray to the gardens as she holds an Ostara (Spring Equinox) womens circle in our yurt.

She will hosting a small number of women for a morning of sacred ritual and community and will offer activities that include:

∆ cacao ceremony
∆ nature walks
∆ meditation & visualisation
∆ journaling practice
∆ sharing circle
∆ fire release ceremony

She will be holding a deeply supportive and nurturing space in the yurt, made warm by the stove, as her attendees settle into a place of safe awareness and deepest compassion.

This is an opportunity for women to experience beautiful self-care but also to be seen, heard and held at whatever level they need to be.

Inspired by the emergent energies of the Spring Equinox, she will be taking her attendees on a journey through visualisation to connect to their innate essence in all its power and call in its expression through their daily life.

She will be closing by facilitating the release of unwelcome and outgrown experiences, patterns or behaviours by the element of fire so that they move into the new season with renewed energy and authenticity.
