Free Drop Ins to come to Rest & Reflect at Lindengate for NHS and all  Key and Essential Workers

It is now widely recognised that key and essential workers, including NHS staff, have borne the brunt of the current crisis but are often not being given the space to relax and reflect. Set over five acres, Lindengate provides a safe and calm environment, where those who have given so much for others can take time and let nature nuture you in beautiful, natural surroundings.

Lindengate are now offering all NHS and key and essential workers the time and space to drop in and be enveloped in their therapeutic gardens and wildlife haven, enjoying the many areas to just “breathe and be”.

The site has been developed over the past five years and now offers many areas where you can take the time and space to Rest and Reflect, having that much needed time for yourself. Lindengate will be open 4 times a week, operating free drop-in sessions, where you can visit as often as you like.

Come and let nature take care of you, experience the many benefits to be had from the gardens, not least our latest residents the duckings and moorhen chicks, who can be seen roaming the site, not to mention a variety of birds, butterflies and of course, the garden in full bloom.

You will be able to drop in on Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursdays 4-7pm and Saturdays 1.30-4.30pm.

As part of “Rest and Reflect”,we will also be offering visitors a chance to take home a gift from our gardens.
