Going for a Walk

Taking some time to walk, just for the sake of walking, without thinking about where you’re going or why can be an act of self-care. With many of us currently only allowed out of our homes for an hour of exercise a day we should be making the most of it, and by doing a 10-minute walking meditation, it is one way of doing this.

You don’t need to do it throughout your whole walk just a section to help you to focus on the movement and process involved in walking, helping to bring awareness to this everyday activity.
