Lindengate Mental Health Charity opens its doors to NHS and all Key and Essential Workers with the launch of Rest & Reflect, to Drop In for Free
Rest & Reflect has been developed in response to the current mental health crisis facing us. Based over a stunning 5 acre Therapeutic Garden and wildlife haven near Wendover, NHS and all Key and Essential Workers will be able to attend free drop-in sessions, to enjoy the calm, safe and relaxing environment that Lindengate offers.
There are many people who work tirelessly all year around to ensure that visitors benefit from the environment, enabling the nurturing power of nature to gently help people to find those all important moments of peace.
We are extremely grateful to a variety of supporters, who have helped us to launch the Rest & Reflect programme.
