Lindengate’s Rest & Reflect Programme Welcomes over 600 Visitors and Continues to Support the Community

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic earlier this year amme, Rest & Reflect was created to support all NHS/Key & Essential Workers, enabling them to lean on the healing qualities of Lindengate’s 5 acre therapeutic gardens.

Once restrictions eased, we were also able to welcome all those who have been affected by COVID-19, particularly those dealing with all levels of bereavement and grief, to let them benefit from nature’s nurturing effects.  We are delighted that due to the amazing response to Rest & Reflect, we have now had  over 600 visitors through our gates since the middle of June.

We are also pleased to announce that Nuture Pathways will be launched on 4th September, to support all care workers, either looking after someone at home, in their home, a care home or similar environment. Care workers will be able to meet other care workers whilst relaxing in our therapeutic gardens or taking part in arts and crafts activities or gardening.  Nurture Pathways will take place on the 1st and 3rd Fridays each month.  For full details, visit www.lindengate.org.uk, to register.
