It is a new thing, working from home, for a lot of us including the staff at Lindengate. We have been finding some aspects challenging however there have been ways to make it easier. It may help to treat your working day like any other, by getting up at a time that allows you to complete your normal morning routine such as showering, dressing and breakfast before you start work. Take regular breaks throughout the day to do different activities such as those on Lindengate@Home and to make sure you are eating properly. Some people also find having a clutter-free place within their home that they use for work separate to where they usually relax can help them to focus. So why not put one or more of these things into place within your routine and see if you can improve your working wellbeing?
