Lindengate, Wendover
Step into the abundance of autumn and spend the day with local medical herbalist and foraging expert Kristine De Block, exploring the deep, nourishing medicines of the season. As the earth begins to rest, we’ll turn to the roots and berries - those grounding allies that help build strength and resilience for the colder months ahead.
This hands-on workshop includes on-site foraging, seasonal remedy-making, and practical recipes to reconnect you with nature’s rhythms. You’ll learn how to prepare remedies using the plants growing around us right now.
Together, we’ll gather, make, taste, and share - building your herbal confidence while soaking in the peaceful atmosphere of Lindengate’s beautiful gardens.
A hearty lunch is included (soup, breads, cheeses, fruit, and cake), along with all materials and a detailed handout full of recipes and seasonal inspiration.
Places are set at 16 participants for the workshop to go ahead, so early booking is recommended. By joining us, you’ll also be supporting the ongoing work of Lindengate.
Bookings opening soon.
