Seeds
of
Change

Seeds of Change is a 3 year initiative designed for 6-25 year olds, in Buckinghamshire.

Delivered through bespoke sessions, one off visits or longer term learning programmes Seeds of Change aims to improve wellbeing, skills and access to healthy food through hands on growing, cooking and environmental learning.

Our aim is to grow confident young people connected to nature, food and community.

Students will have the opportunity to learn:

  • Growing food from seed

  • Soil health & biodiversity

  • Seasonal cooking and nutrition

  • Budgeting and meal planning

  • Safe use of tools and outdoor skills

In 2026 we have the chance to offer free places so we welcome enquiries from schools, community groups, alternative provision and young people. Find out more below.
